Finally a small update...

Well, actually it was a biggie for me. I discovered that my $2 scanner works again now that I've reformatted my computer. Tonight I not only scanned in ALL of my new items but I managed to scan all but one sketch set, and all but four cels. Procrastination is FABULOUS. I may have to do some more work tomorrow on my site instead of studying -_^

I still plan to overhaul my site...I got some good suggestions the last time I asked, but any more would really be appreciated. I'm not a creative web designer so I need all the help I can get and I also want to know if anything doesn't work/loads too slowly/etc so I can make the site more user friendly. Thanks in advance!

Well, my laptop is finally on its way into the shop to be fixed and who knows when I will get it back. My scanner hasn't been working and I hope that's because of the physical problems with my laptop. Although, for two bucks I certainly can't complain.

My new cel is in the Stars section. I love it. I also got a freebie with it that is definitely awesome, though I have no idea what it's from. I'll post a scan of it when I get my computer back (or if I feel the desire to come into school and scan it, but exams are OVER so I'll likely be outta here ^_^)

Yeah, my laptop likes to break at the worst time and it's no longer under warrenty. So, if I ever get through to dell then I'll probably be without a computer for a couple of weeks (hopefully it'll be back before finals...) If anyone has any additional suggestions as to how I could improve the appearance of my site please let me know because I'll be thinking about it in the meantime. Also when I get my computer back I should have a wishlist cel to add to the collection :D I can't wait!

My husband's dog was very sick yesterday so I got behind on my updating. He's just fine tonight, but it was scary for a bit when he was stumbling around and drooling and practically comatose. We suspect the neighbors are the ones who dumped the massive pile of cigarette butts into our yard which were not there the day before), but proving that is nearly impossible. So now his outdoor time has to be limited and supervised.

Meanwhile the update will have to wait until I'm done with another round of exams, so I thought I'd ask for suggestions as to where I should go with my webdesign. I'm not particularly creative in that area so any thoughts or suggestions would really be fabulous and greatly appreciated!

Who knew you could get a scanner for under $2 at the thrift store. It's not the best and it didn't have software or cables, but it works! Plus scanning all my cels and sketches in is a great procrastination tool (who needs to study for big scary exams anyways...)
